JACKSON COUNTY, MO – A Kansas City woman was seriously injured in a rollover car crash in Jackson County Monday evening, authorities said.
According to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident took place on the northbound I-470 ramp to NE Strother Road at about 5:30 p.m.
Troopers said 20-year-old Alysa Holoman was driving a 2004 Acura northbound when she tried to avoid another vehicle and lost control. The Acura went off the road and overturned, and Holoman was ejected.
She was transported by rescue crews to Centerpoint Medical Center for treatment.
