KANSAS CITY, MO – A passenger in a vehicle involved in a January crash in Kansas City has now died of his injuries, KSHB reports.

The victim was identified as 78-year-old Gary C. Crispell.  The accident occurred at the corner of Norton Avenue and E.9th Street at about 2 p.m. on Jan. 29.

According to Kansas City police, the driver of a Toyota Camry failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection and collided with a Chrysler Town and County minivan.
