News: Motorist killed in single-vehicle wreck at Missouri 23 and Route E

JOHNSON COUNTY, MO – State troopers were at the scene of a fatal pickup truck crash in Johnson County on Thursday evening.

 

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s accident report from Troop A, the incident happened on Route E just west of Missouri 23 at about 6:30 p.m.

 

The driver of a 2022 Ram 2500 was headed east when the vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and struck several trees before coming to rest.

 

The motorist, 31-year-old Adam Williams of Concordia, Missouri, was pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers said he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the wreck, which remains under investigation.
