KANSAS CITY, MO – A crash in Kansas City on Saturday night left a motorcycle rider critically injured, police said.
According to KSHB, the operator of a Kawasaki motorcycle was going south on Coal Mine Road at a high rate of speed at about 10:12 p.m. The driver of a Hyundai made a U-turn in front of the motorcycle and the vehicles collided, investigators said.
The motorcyclist was ejected from the bike and was rushed to an area hospital with what were reported to be life-threatening injuries.
The two people in the Hyundai were not injured in the crash.
