BENTON COUNTY, MO – Two drivers were injured when their vehicles collided in Benton County early Wednesday morning.
The rollover crash occurred in the area of Route C and Route T at about 5:20 a.m., according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s accident report.
State troopers said the driver of a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado going northbound failed to yield to a westbound 2015 Ford Edge. The Chevrolet struck the Ford, and both vehicles overturned.
The Ford driver, a 39-year-old man from Warsaw, Missouri, suffered moderate injuries while the Chevrolet driver, a 40-year-old man from Lincoln, Missouri, sustained minor injuries. Both were taken to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital for treatment. The two drivers were wearing their seat belts at the time of the wreck, troopers said.
