LAFAYETTE COUNTY, MO – The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a fatal motorcycle accident in Lafayette County Friday night.
According to an MSHP crash report, 52-year-old Sean S. Buchanan was riding a 1999 Honda westbound on U.S. 24 at MO 131 at about 7 p.m. when the motorcycle struck a curb on a roundabout.
The bike overturned and the rider was ejected. Buchanan, a resident of Orrick, was transported to Lafayette County Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
