HENRY COUNTY, MO – A multi-vehicle collision in Henry County sent three drivers to the hospital, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The MSHP reported that the incident occurred Sunday morning on Missouri 13 at SE 700 Road at 11:40 a.m.
A preliminary investigation indcated that the driver of a 2020 Chevrolet Camaro was heading westbound on SE 700 Road and failed to yield to a 2024 Toyota Camry going southbound on Missouri 13. The Camry struck the passenger side of the Camaro, which then collided with a 2016 Jeep Wrangler that was stopped at a stop sign.
The Camaro driver, a 17-year-old girl from Deepwater, Missouri, the Camry driver, a 55-year-old man from Chico, California, and the Wrangler driver, a 54-year-old man from Calhoun, Missouri, all suffered minor injuries. The three, who were all wearing their seat belts at the time of the accident, were transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The Henry County Sheriff’s Department assisted state troopers at the scene.
