JACKSON COUNTY, MO – An elderly driver was hospitalized following a collision in Jackson County Monday afternoon, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.   In its crash report, the MSHP said the accident took place on Route F north of Kline Road at about 3 p.m.  Investigators said the driver of a northbound 2019
