BLUE SPRINGS, MO – Police in Blue Springs were at the scene of a deadly accident on Friday night, WDAF reports.
A single vehicle was involved in the wreck, which happened in the area of Interstate 70 and Woods Chapel Road at about 8:10 p.m.
One person died, and was identified as 35-year-old Marlena Brazil of Independence. The report did not indicate whether she was the driver.
Blue Springs police are investigating to try and determine what led to the crash.
