KANSAS CITY, MO – A collision at a Kansas City intersection Wednesday night sent a motorcycle rider to the hospital, KSHB reports.
The accident happened at East 40th Street and Brooklyn Avenue. According to police, the motorcyclist went through a stop sign while going west on East 40th Street and crashed into the passenger side of a Subaru Outback.
The motorcycle rider was ejected from the bike and was hospitalized in critical condition. The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet, police said.
The driver of the Subaru was not injured in the crash.
