INDEPENDENCE, MO – Police in Independence have released new details regarding a fatal crash that occurred on Feb. 5, KMBC reports.
The victim of the incident has been identified as 54-year-old Raymond A. Richards of Kansas City, Missouri.
Police said Richards was a pedestrian when he was killed in a crash that took place on U.S. 40 Highway in the area of 36th Terrace. No additional information was released on the circumstances of the accident.
Independence police said their investigation into the case is ongoing.
