News: 2 people injured after pickup rear-ends their car in Bates County

BATES COUNTY, MO – Two people were injured when their car was involved in a collision in Bates County last week.

 

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred Tuesday evening on RT-A east of 6th Street in Rich Hill at 5:50 p.m.

 

State troopers said the driver of a 2014 Ford Fusion was stopped for traffic when it was struck from behind by a 2016 Ford F-150 pickup truck.

 

The driver of the Fusion, 28-year-old Brandon Crumby, and a passenger, 54-year-old Brenda Crumby, sustained minor injuries in the crash.  Both are from Rich Hill.
